Gem report
A laboratory document identifying a gemstone and disclosing treatments.
A gem (identification) report states what a stone is, species and variety, whether it is natural or synthetic, its measurements and weight, and any treatments detected. It does not usually state a value. A report describes the stone; it does not grade the deal.
